In this role, you will support the design, development, and implementation of an advanced SIGINT data fusion and analytics platform.

The platform integrates multiple intelligence data sources into a unified operational environment, leveraging modern data processing technologies, APIs, advanced data correlation, and interactive visualization capabilities to support intelligence analysis, vulnerability research, and collaborative mission planning.

This position offers an opportunity to work alongside software engineers, EW and Offensive Cyber planners, and mission stakeholders to develop innovative analytical capabilities that transform disparate intelligence data into actionable information supporting critical national security missions.

**This position offers a hybrid work schedule.**

What You’ll be Doing:

  • You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team solving complex, mission-focused challenges to meet customer needs. You will collaborate with software engineers, intelligence analysts, vulnerability researchers, and mission stakeholders to identify operational requirements, establish analytical methodologies, and develop innovative solutions that enable intelligence-driven mission planning.
  • Conduct advanced SIGINT analysis and research to identify, characterize, and correlate technical vulnerabilities and associated intelligence across multiple structured and unstructured data sources. Collaborate with software engineers to define data correlation methodologies, analytical workflows, and mission-oriented visualization capabilities that provide a unified intelligence picture supporting collaborative vulnerability analysis and the development of potential courses of action. Support the integration of fused intelligence and analytical results with upstream AI platforms and external mission systems, ensuring developed capabilities address operational requirements and provide actionable intelligence to mission stakeholders.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10+ years of related professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting SIGINT analysis for Electronic Warfare and/or Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO)
  • Experience conducting technical intelligence analysis to identify vulnerabilities, characterize systems, and correlate operationally relevant information
  • Strong understanding of computer networking and communication protocols across a variety of physical mediums
  • Experience analyzing and correlating information from multiple intelligence data sources to identify relationships, patterns, and relevant technical indicators
  • Understanding of structured and unstructured data, intelligence fusion methodologies, and the application of correlated intelligence to operational mission requirements
  • Experience working within Linux and Windows operating environments
  • Ability to translate complex intelligence and operational requirements into technical requirements for software engineering teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams and mission stakeholders

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Experience supporting SIGINT-enabled electronic warfare and cyber operations, vulnerability analysis, and collaborative mission planning
  • Experience analyzing network protocols, embedded systems, firmware, or specialized communications systems
  • Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF), Digital Signal Processing (DSP), and modern communications technologies
  • Experience with intelligence data fusion, entity resolution, link analysis, and correlation of records across disparate intelligence sources
  • Familiarity with modern data architectures, APIs, and data processing frameworks used to ingest and correlate structured and unstructured intelligence data
  • Experience utilizing mission-oriented dashboards, interactive visualizations, and analytical tools to support intelligence analysis and operational decision-making
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), and their application to intelligence analysis, data correlation, and operational workflows
  • Experience integrating analytical capabilities and intelligence data products with external AI platforms, frameworks, or mission systems
  • Understanding of offensive and defensive cyber operations, computer networking, cyber tool development, and vulnerability assessment methodologies
  • Experience supporting the development and evaluation of potential courses of action based on fused intelligence and technical vulnerability

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
