Descripción del puesto / Funciones

Estamos buscando un/a Consultor/a Senior especializado/a en Business Continuity Management (BCM) y Operational Resilience, con experiencia en DORA, para incorporarse a un proyecto internacional en el sector asegurador.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Revisar y validar los entregables de las distintas entidades, asegurando su alineamiento con la metodología de End-to-End Business Resilience.
  • Proporcionar soporte y asesoramiento a las entidades en la implantación de metodologías de resiliencia.
  • Participar en actividades relacionadas con DORA, incluyendo la revisión y challenge de las Critical Important Functions (CIFs).
  • Revisar la calidad de los datos incluidos en las herramientas de Operational Resilience y en el DORA Register of Information.
  • Actualizar y homogeneizar las políticas y guidelines de Business Continuity Management.
  • Incorporar nuevos controles de BCM y mejorar el enfoque de testing y ejercicios de continuidad, alineándolo con las prácticas de Operational Resilience del Grupo.
  • Revisar la calidad de los Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) y proponer recomendaciones concretas de mejora.
  • Elaborar documentación y entregables de calidad, auditables y adecuados para su presentación a stakeholders senior.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Experiencia sólida en Business Continuity Management (BCM), metodologías y buenas prácticas.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act).
  • Experiencia demostrable en:Business Impact Analysis (BIA). Risk Assessments. Recovery Strategies. Business Continuity Plans (BCPs). Exercising & Testing.
  • Experiencia en entornos de Operational Resilience / Business Resilience.
  • Capacidad para revisar, analizar y hacer challenge de entregables y metodologías.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.
  • Experiencia con Riskonnect será valorada positivamente.
