¿Te apasiona la infraestructura IT y disfrutas trabajando con entornos distribuidos, críticos y de alta disponibilidad?

Buscamos un/a Distributed Services Engineer para participar en un proyecto estratégico dentro de un entorno internacional, siendo responsable del diseño, construcción, administración y operación de servicios de infraestructura distribuida. El foco principal del proyecto estará en garantizar la fiabilidad, disponibilidad, seguridad y evolución de servicios como Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificación e identidad, trabajando con equipos globales y dando soporte a un entorno de producción 24x7.

​Funciones:

  • Diseñar, construir, administrar y operar servicios de infraestructura distribuida.
  • Administrar, migrar y evolucionar entornos de Active Directory.
  • Gestionar entornos complejos de AD con múltiples Forests y Trusts.
  • Administrar servicios DNS internos y externos, así como domain registration.
  • Gestionar servicios DHCP, NPS, RADIUS y Certificate Authorities.
  • Desarrollar y aplicar técnicas de scripting y automatización para estandarizar y controlar los entornos.
  • Garantizar la fiabilidad, disponibilidad y preparación para producción de los servicios.
  • Monitorizar servicios e infraestructura, implementando mecanismos de monitoring y alerting.
  • Supervisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y controles de Security.
  • Participar en procesos de Change Management y Problem Management.
  • Contribuir a los procesos de Operational y Business Continuity.
  • Actuar como referente técnico y punto de escalado para Business Units y equipos internos.
  • Simplificar y automatizar procesos mediante scripting, automatización y herramientas de AI.
  • Colaborar con equipos globales y squads internacionales siguiendo un modelo follow-the-sun.
  • Participar en el soporte 24x7x365 de servicios críticos.
  • Contribuir a la evolución hacia soluciones de Cloud AD e Identity Management.

Estudios

  • Ingeniería, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, formación técnica equivalente o experiencia profesional equivalente.
  • Se valorarán certificaciones profesionales de Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat, Security u otras certificaciones técnicas equivalentes.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Experiencia de 5-8 años como Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia trabajando con servicios distribuidos, especialmente Active Directory.
  • Experiencia sólida en administración, migración y convergencia de Active Directory.
  • Experiencia trabajando con entornos complejos de AD con múltiples Forests y Trusts.
  • Experiencia con DNS interno y externo y gestión de dominios.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia con DHCP, NPS, RADIUS y Certificate Authorities.
  • Experiencia utilizando scripting y automatización para estandarizar y controlar infraestructuras.
  • Capacidad para diseñar, construir y operar servicios en entornos de producción.
  • Conocimientos de Infrastructure Security y aplicación de controles de seguridad.
  • Experiencia trabajando con procesos de Change y Problem Management.
  • Capacidad para analizar, diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos complejos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y colaborar con equipos técnicos internacionales.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Capacidad para proponer e implementar nuevos procesos y métodos de trabajo.

Requisitos valorables

  • Experiencia sólida garantizando la Reliability y Availability de infraestructuras.
  • Experiencia con herramientas y soluciones de monitoring y alerting.
  • Conocimientos de ITIL, Agile y DevOps.
  • Experiencia en entornos de IT Production.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de IT Infrastructure y Security.
  • Experiencia con soluciones de Cloud AD e Identity Management.
  • Experiencia con servicios de Certificate Management, Email y DDI.
  • Experiencia con soluciones de Remote Access, VPN Gateways y Citrix.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos NOC, Monitoring y soporte L2/L3.
  • Experiencia en entornos globales y con equipos distribuidos geográficamente.
  • Experiencia dando soporte a equipos de AMER y EMEA.
  • Experiencia en entornos de alta criticidad y disponibilidad 24x7.
  • Experiencia en procesos de Business Continuity y Operational Continuity.
  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas de AI para automatización y optimización de operaciones.
  • Capacidad demostrada para identificar, analizar, evaluar y resolver problemas a nivel local, regional e internacional.
  • Experiencia en entornos multinacionales y colaborando con diferentes stakeholders.

Idiomas

  • Inglés fluido.
