Buscamos un/a Infrastructure Operations Engineer para participar en un proyecto estratégico dentro de un entorno internacional, siendo responsable de garantizar la correcta operación, disponibilidad, seguridad y evolución de los servicios de infraestructura. El foco principal del proyecto estará en la gestión de infraestructura de servidores, virtualización, sistemas operativos, almacenamiento y seguridad, trabajando con equipos globales y proporcionando soporte a un entorno de producción exigente y disponible 24x7.

Funciones:

  • Diseñar, construir, administrar y operar soluciones de infraestructura.
  • Gestionar infraestructuras de virtualización, storage y sistemas operativos Windows y Linux.
  • Administrar infraestructura de servidores y entornos data center.
  • Trabajar con hardware enterprise de fabricantes como Dell, HPE y Fujitsu.
  • Garantizar la disponibilidad, fiabilidad y preparación para producción de las soluciones de infraestructura.
  • Participar en la definición y mejora continua de las actividades de run y operations.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los SLA establecidos para los servicios regionales y transversales.
  • Implementar y supervisar acciones de Infrastructure Security, incluyendo auditorías, remediaciones, hardening y patching.
  • Participar en procesos de security tooling y pentesting.
  • Proporcionar soporte, consulta y escalado técnico a Business Units y equipos internos.
  • Aplicar técnicas de scripting y automatización para estandarizar y controlar los entornos.
  • Participar en iniciativas de simplificación y automatización mediante AI tools.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de Change Management y Problem Management.
  • Contribuir a los procesos de Operational y Business Continuity.
  • Colaborar con equipos globales y squads internacionales.
  • Participar en el soporte 24x7x365 de los servicios de infraestructura.
  • Dar soporte a Global Contact Centre, Business Applications, Network y Distributed Services.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia como Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Experiencia en diseño, construcción, administración y operación de soluciones de infraestructura.
  • Experiencia con Virtualización, Storage y sistemas operativos Windows y Linux.
  • Experiencia trabajando con infraestructura y hardware enterprise/data-center.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia con fabricantes como Dell, HPE y Fujitsu.
  • Experiencia en entornos de producción y servicios críticos.
  • Experiencia utilizando scripting y automatización para estandarizar y controlar infraestructuras.
  • Experiencia proporcionando soporte a Global Contact Centre, Business Applications y Agile Office Solutions.
  • Conocimientos de Infrastructure Security.
  • Capacidad para trabajar siguiendo procesos de Change y Problem Management.
  • Capacidad para analizar, diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos complejos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y colaborar con equipos técnicos internacionales.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Capacidad para proponer e implementar nuevos procesos y métodos de trabajo.

Requisitos valorables

  • Experiencia sólida garantizando la Infrastructure Reliability y Availability.
  • Experiencia con soluciones de monitoring y alerting.
  • Conocimientos de IT Production, especialmente metodologías Agile, ITIL y DevOps.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de IT Infrastructure y Security.
  • Experiencia en patching, hardening y security remediation.
  • Experiencia participando en auditorías de seguridad y pentesting.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de monitorización y operaciones de infraestructura.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos NOC, Monitoring y soporte L2/L3.
  • Experiencia trabajando con entornos VMware, Windows, Linux y Storage.
  • Experiencia en operaciones globales y con equipos distribuidos geográficamente.
  • Experiencia dando soporte y escalado a equipos de AMER y EMEA.
  • Experiencia en entornos de alta criticidad y disponibilidad 24x7.
  • Experiencia en procesos de Business Continuity y Operational Continuity.
  • Experiencia utilizando AI tools para automatización y optimización de operaciones.
  • Capacidad demostrada para identificar, analizar, evaluar y resolver problemas a nivel local, regional e internacional.
  • Experiencia trabajando con diferentes stakeholders y equipos técnicos internacionales.
