  • Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) project activities and Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
  • Review deliverables produced by entities to validate alignment with End-to-End Business Resilience methodology and quality standards.
  • Provide continuous guidance and support to entities on implementing End-to-End Business Resilience methodology.
  • Support DORA-related initiatives, including reviewing, challenging, and updating definitions for Critical Important Functions (CIFs).
  • Assess data quality within the Operational Resilience tool for the DORA Register of Information.
  • Simplify and update BCM frameworks: unify guidelines, integrate new BCM controls, and align BCM testing approaches with broader Operational Resilience practices.
  • Evaluate the quality of entities' Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and deliver actionable improvement recommendations.
  • Ensure all deliverables are clear, auditable, delivered on time, and structured for senior stakeholder review.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM).
  • Expertise in BCM principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Expertise in Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in defining and executing Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), Risk Assessments, Recovery Strategies, Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), and Testing/Exercising Programs.
  • Location: Madrid (Spain).
