Buscamos Pentest Coordinator (Ciberseguridad).

¿Tienes experiencia en ciberseguridad ofensiva y te interesa coordinar proyectos de pentesting en entornos complejos? Esta oportunidad puede ser para ti.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Buscamos un/a Pentest Coordinator para liderar la planificación, coordinación y seguimiento de actividades de pruebas de penetración sobre infraestructuras, aplicaciones, redes y entornos cloud. Trabajarás como punto de enlace entre equipos internos y proveedores especializados, garantizando la correcta ejecución de los servicios y el seguimiento de las acciones de remediación.

¿Qué harás?

  • Planificar y coordinar proyectos de pentesting en diferentes entornos (redes, aplicaciones, infraestructura y cloud).
  • Coordinar la ejecución de las pruebas con equipos internos y proveedores externos.
  • Revisar, consolidar y presentar informes de seguridad.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de vulnerabilidades y de los planes de remediación.
  • Elaborar informes de progreso y métricas de las actividades de pentesting.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de buenas prácticas y requisitos de seguridad y compliance.
  • Proponer mejoras continuas para fortalecer la postura global de ciberseguridad.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Experiencia demostrable coordinando o ejecutando proyectos de pentesting.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de metodologías de pruebas de penetración.
  • Experiencia en seguridad de redes, aplicaciones, infraestructura y entornos cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP).
  • Conocimiento de gestión de vulnerabilidades y análisis de riesgos.
  • Capacidad para coordinar múltiples proyectos de forma simultánea.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.

Requisitos valorables

  • Experiencia en consultoría de ciberseguridad.
  • Conocimientos de estándares y buenas prácticas de seguridad.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proveedores y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares.
  • OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional).
  • CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker).
  • OSCE (Offensive Security Certified Expert).
  • CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional).

Idiomas

  • Nivel alto de inglés (entorno internacional).

Ubicación

Madrid.Híbrido/visita ocasional a la oficina de cliente en Madrid.
