The posting

Buscamos um profissional com conhecimentos prévio na área de DP com habilidade em: Folha de Pagamento, Férias, Rescisão, Décimo Terceiro, CCT para dar suporte às atividades do Departamento Pessoal e Remuneração.

Você irá colaborar com todas as pessoas proativamente, dando suporte e buscando soluções inovadoras para a área.

Suas responsabilidades serão:

Apoio em todo o processo admissional: ASO, Documentação, Contrato de Trabalho e Cadastro em Sistema;

Apoio na gestão de ponto eletrônico: banco de horas, horas-extras, adicional noturno etc.;

Auxílio na consolidação de dados para elaboração da Folha de Pagamento;

Auxílio na conferência junto ao escritório de contabilidade de todas as verbas oriundas de Folha de Pagamento;

Suporte na gestão de benefícios, como: VT, VA, VR, AM e AO;

Suporte no atendimento de colaboradores e demais clientes internos;

Auxílio na conferência de férias, rescisões e 13°;

Auxílio em processos homologatórios;

Apoio no controle de CCT;

Auxílio de laudo PCMSO, PPRA e PPP;

O que é NECESSÁRIO que você tenha:

Conhecimento em Departamento Pessoal

Legislação Trabalhista

Facilidade com números
