Descrição de Cargo: Assistente de Departamento Pessoal

Resumo da Posição: O Assistente de Departamento Pessoal é responsável por auxiliar nas atividades relacionadas à administração de pessoal, assegurando o cumprimento das obrigações legais e políticas internas da empresa. É essencial possuir experiência no uso do sistema Domínio, da Thomson Reuters, para execução eficiente das tarefas diárias.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Processar admissões e demissões de colaboradores, incluindo a elaboração de contratos e registros no sistema Domínio.
  • Calcular e conferir folhas de pagamento, férias, 13º salário e rescisões contratuais.
  • Gerenciar e controlar o ponto eletrônico, realizando ajustes e fechamentos mensais.
  • Administrar benefícios como vale-transporte, vale-alimentação, plano de saúde, entre outros.
  • Emitir e acompanhar guias de encargos sociais (FGTS, INSS, IRRF) e obrigações acessórias (eSocial, RAIS, SEFIP).
  • Manter atualizados os registros e prontuários dos colaboradores, garantindo a confidencialidade das informações.
  • Prestar suporte em auditorias e fiscalizações trabalhistas.
  • Atender colaboradores, esclarecendo dúvidas relacionadas a folha de pagamento, benefícios e demais assuntos pertinentes.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia na área de Departamento Pessoal.
  • Domínio do sistema Domínio (Thomson Reuters) para gestão de folha de pagamento e obrigações acessórias.
  • Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária vigente.
  • Proficiência em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Boa comunicação, organização e atenção aos detalhes.

Diferenciais:

  • Vivência em escritórios de contabilidade ou empresas de médio a grande porte.
  • Conhecimento em outros sistemas de gestão de pessoal.
  • Participação em cursos ou certificações na área de Departamento Pessoal.
