What You’ll Do:

• Empower Independence: Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities. Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and personal hygiene tasks.
• Build Meaningful Connections: Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions.
• Promote Safety & Wellbeing: Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate for Impact: Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Advocate with Heart: Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care. Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.
