Description du poste :

Au sein de l’équipe Travaux, vous intervenez en appui des équipes de direction de projet et de direction de travaux sur le suivi : administratif, contractuel et financier des opérations, en marché publics et privés.

Vous êtes l’interface entre les équipes projets, la comptabilité et les partenaires externes, vous contribuez à la sécurisation administrative et financière des chantiers dans un environnement multi-projets.

Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront :

· Assurer le suivi administratif des opérations de travaux : contrats clients et sous‑traitants, avenants, ordres de service, déclarations de sous‑traitance et dossiers projets

· Mettre en place et suivre les assurances, cautions bancaires et garanties liées aux chantiers

· Assurer le suivi financier des opérations : situations de travaux, facturation clients, paiements et encaissements

· Participer au suivi budgétaire des projets et alerter en cas d’écart, retard ou anomalie

· Contribuer au contrôle de gestion des opérations en lien avec la direction de projet et la comptabilité

· Apporter un appui aux équipes projets (candidatures, projets complexes, suivi via le logiciel métier)

Profil :

· Formation en gestion, administration, assistanat de direction ou équivalent

· Expérience confirmée sur un poste similaire dans le secteur du BTP, de la construction, de l’ingénierie ou de l’architecture (idéalement en environnement projets)

· Bonne maîtrise des enjeux administratifs, contractuels et financiers des opérations de travaux

· À l’aise avec les outils informatiques et logiciels métiers de gestion de projets

· Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, fiabilité et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle

· Bon relationnel, esprit d’équipe et sens du service
