Description du poste

Nous recherchons un(e) chargé(e) de projet ingénierie, avec une sensibilité projet et une appétence pour le développement d’affaires, pour accompagner nos opérations en conception et réalisation.

Positionné(e) à l’interface entre technique, coordination de projet et enjeux contractuels, vous intervenez dès les phases amont jusqu’à la réalisation des opérations, en lien étroit avec les directeurs de projet.

Ce poste s’adresse à un profil ingénieur ou double cursus ingénieur/architecte, en début de carrière (jusqu’à 5 ans d’expérience), souhaitant évoluer sur des missions mêlant maîtrise d’œuvre, conception-réalisation et ingénierie de projet.

Vous évoluez dans un environnement pluridisciplinaire et contribuez activement à la qualité technique, à la cohérence des projets et à la satisfaction client.

Vos missions

Pilotage de projets

  • Assurer le suivi opérationnel et technique des projets, de la conception à la réalisation
  • Coordonner les parties prenantes (équipes internes, bureaux d’études, entreprises, partenaires)
  • Veiller au respect des délais, coûts et qualité des livrables
  • Suivre l’avancement des études et consolider les informations projet
  • Participer aux choix techniques et aux optimisations de conception [

Gestion contractuelle et affaires

  • Contribuer à l’élaboration des contrats et avenants
  • Participer à la rédaction des documents contractuels et commerciaux
  • Veiller à la bonne application des engagements contractuels
  • Intervenir sur des projets en MOE, conception-réalisation ou promotion immobilière

Suivi technique et administratif

  • Participer à la production des dossiers techniques (pièces écrites, notices, estimations)
  • Contribuer aux réponses à concours et appels d’offres
  • Suivre les aspects réglementaires et administratifs des projets
  • Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du management

Coordination et organisation de projet

  • Structurer les outils de suivi (planning, livrables, tableaux de bord)
  • Préparer les supports de réunion et comptes rendus
  • Assurer la circulation de l’information au sein des équipes
  • Identifier et remonter les risques projet

Profil recherché

  • Diplômé(e) Bac +5 (ingénieur, génie civil, architecture ou double cursus)
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans maximum sur des projets en MOE, conception-réalisation ou ingénierie
  • Bonne compréhension des projets de bâtiment tous corps d’état (TCE)
  • Intérêt pour les dimensions contractuelles et montages d’opérations (MOE, CREM, promotion)
  • Capacité à analyser des documents techniques et à structurer l’information
  • À l’aise avec les outils de gestion de projet (Excel, MS Project, Notion…)
  • Bon niveau d’anglais apprécié
