Description du poste

En tant que Directeur-trice de Projets Data Centers, vous pilotez la réalisation stratégique de programmes majeurs de data centers, en garantissant la qualité d’exécution, la satisfaction client et le développement de l’activité sur le long terme

Vos missions :

Pilotage stratégique des projets

  • Piloter plusieurs projets de data centers de grande envergure
  • Définir la stratégie d’exécution et le cadre de gouvernance des projets
  • Garantir l’alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques du groupe

Relation clients & direction

  • Être l’interlocuteur(trice) principal(e) des clients clés
  • Animer les réunions de niveau exécutif et les revues stratégiques
  • Développer des relations de confiance sur le long terme

Gouvernance et performance projet

  • Suivre la performance globale des projets (technique, financière, contractuelle)
  • Mettre en place et superviser les dispositifs de gestion des risques
  • Encadrer les directeurs de projets et chefs de projets

Développement commercial

  • Contribuer aux stratégies d’offres et aux réponses à appels d’offres majeurs
  • Participer au développement du portefeuille clients
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités sur le marché des data centers

Structuration de l’activité

  • Participer à la structuration de la division data centers
  • Contribuer à la définition des processus internes et des méthodes de delivery

Profil recherché

· Formation supérieure en ingénierie, architecture ou gestion de projet

· Expérience en data centers, infrastructures critiques ou projets techniques complexes

· Excellentes compétences en communication, coordination et leadership

· Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (écrit et oral)

· Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de portefeuilles de projets complexes
