Was dich erwartet

Du betreust deine eigenen Search-Mandate: Du findest Kandidat/innen, die andere übersehen, rufst sie an, baust Vertrauen auf, qualifizierst, präsentierst. Parallel beginnst du, dir dein eigenes Kundenportfolio aufzubauen. Search ist anspruchsvoll – nicht jedes Mandat läuft glatt, nicht jeder Anruf läuft, wie du ihn dir gedacht hast. Du arbeitest mit Kolleg:innen, die das genauso kennen und mit dir auf Augenhöhe denken.

Dein Profil

Was du dafür brauchst

  • Beratungserfahrung – idealerweise in der Personalberatung, alternativ aus der Strategie-, HR- oder qualifizierten Recruiting-Beratung. Du weißt, was Mandatsarbeit heißt.
  • Eine Tonalität, mit der du auch eine erfahrene Führungskraft am Telefon nicht verlierst, ohne ihr nach dem Mund zu reden.
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Lust auf den Aufbau eines eigenen Portfolios.
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch.
