Wir haben einen Let's-Dance-Sieger, zwei Olympioniken und einen Ex-Profi Fußballer als Trainer. Und niemanden, der das erzählt. Genau da kommst du ins Spiel.

Du arbeitest im PAWLIK Learning Campus, unserer offenen Akademie. Hier kann jeder buchen, nicht nur Konzerne mit Beratungsbudget. Über 30 Jahre Beratungserfahrung und das Wissen aus mehr als 500.000 durchgeführten Trainings stecken in dem, was wir anbieten. Nur wissen das noch zu wenige. Das ist unsere gemeinsame Challenge dies zu ändern.

Wie wir ticken: Einer unserer fünf Unternehmenswerte lautet "Sei hart in der Sache und nett zu den Menschen". Ein anderer "Sei jeden Tag romantisch". Beides ernst gemeint, beides funktioniert erstaunlich gut nebeneinander.

Was du bei uns machst

  • Du zeigst die Menschen hinter PAWLIK. Ihre Geschichten, ihre Ecken und Kanten, das, was sie hierher gebracht hat.
  • Du bist dabei, wenn etwas passiert. Trainings, Events, Veranstaltungen. Du bist mittendrin und fängst ein, was den Charakter dieser Firma ausmacht.
  • Du filmst und schneidest selbst. Mit dem Handy oder Kamera. Kein großes Kamerateam, keine drei Freigaberunden, kein Vorlauf von sechs Wochen.
  • Du machst daraus Content. Reels, Shorts, Clips, Posts. Aus einem Trainingstag entsteht Content und du findest sie.
  • Du bringst unsere Kanäle nach vorne. LinkedIn, unser Podcast, unser Blog. Du lieferst nicht nur zu, du entscheidest mit, was da läuft.
  • Du arbeitest an unserer Website. Nicht Inhalte pflegen, sondern mit bauen. Wir machen das mit KI, du brauchst also keinen Code, sondern ein Auge für Gestaltung, Text und Struktur.
  • Du probierst neue Tools aus. Was ist gerade rausgekommen, was bringt uns weiter, was ist nur Hype? Du testest, bewertest und sagst uns, was wir übernehmen sollten.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist kreativ und hast schon mal Videos produziert. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Uni-Projekt, egal wo.
  • Du kennst dich mit Schnittprogrammen aus. Welches, ist uns erstmal egal. Dein Verständnis und dein Auge für Design ist uns wichtig.
  • Du nutzt KI in deinen Prozessen. Higgsfield, Sora, Veo, was auch immer bei dir läuft.
  • Du schreibst gerne und gut auf Deutsch. Das ist der Teil, den dir keine KI abnimmt.
  • Du kannst dir selbst Aufgaben geben. Das Team ist klein, niemand briefed dich den ganzen Tag.
  • Was du studierst, ist uns ehrlich gesagt egal.

So bewirbst du dich: Unkompliziert. Schick uns Arbeitsproben. Entweder mit Links zu deinen Socials oder du hast schon eine Mappe, die deine Arbeit zeigt. Beides passt für uns. Einen klassischen Lebenslauf mit Anschreiben brauchst du nicht. Einfach drei bis fünf Sachen, die du schon mal gemacht hast, plus zwei Sätze dazu, warum du sie zeigst. Uns interessiert: Was kannst du? Den Rest lernen wir gemeinsam.
