Acerca del rol

Como Merchant Operations Analyst, trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con comerciantes de todo el país. En PayJoy, tu rol implica interacciones estratégicas, transacciones impulsadas por análisis y gestión de proyectos cruciales para fomentar asociaciones exitosas y estimular el crecimiento empresarial. Serás el principal enlace entre nuestra empresa y nuestros valiosos socios comerciales, desempeñando un papel fundamental en el fortalecimiento de relaciones sólidas.

Un candidato exitoso se destacará por su habilidad para comunicar sus ideas de manera asertiva, resolver problemas de manera efectiva y mantener un enfoque constante en la mejora continua. Deberá poder articular claramente sus pensamientos, liderar equipos pequeños, influir positivamente en su entorno con soluciones innovadoras y demostrar un fuerte compromiso con el crecimiento personal y profesional

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoyo a los comerciantes en todos los aspectos de sus operaciones administrativas.
  • Realizar conciliaciones para los pagos a los socios, gestionar promociones y asegurar pagos oportunos a los socios.
  • Garantizar el pago puntual de comisiones, promociones, incentivos, etc.
  • Apoyo en el proceso de planificación empresarial incluyendo descubrimiento, ideación, dimensionamiento de iniciativas, creación de planes de negocio, configuración de gobernanza e inicio de ejecución.
  • Colabora con otros equipos de PayJoy para asegurar la exitosa ejecución de proyectos regionales.
  • Simplificar y sintetizar estructuras complejas para comunicar efectivamente el valor.
  • Viajar según sea necesario para apoyar el crecimiento de las cuentas de PayJoy.
  • Cultivar relaciones sólidas con nuestras oficinas globales.
  • Liderar proyectos de mejora que requieren interacción con diversas áreas como desarrollo de productos, ventas, etc.

Requerimientos:

  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en soporte y/o gestión de cuentas en sectores como telecomunicaciones, retail y finanzas.
  • Experiencia comprobada en la gestión de KPIs.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de comunicación (tanto verbal como escrita).
  • Dominio avanzado del inglés para comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de Google Suite u Office, con especialización en Excel.
  • Licenciatura en ingeniería industrial, administración o un campo relacionado.
