Als ervaren Customer Solutions Engineer bij Payter ben jij dé expert die klanten helpt bij complexe technische vraagstukken, het diagnosticeren van problemen en het oplossen van geëscaleerde klantvragen. Je begeleidt gebruikers door geavanceerde troubleshooting van onze producten, geeft deskundig advies en verzorgt producttrainingen als het belangrijkste technische aanspreekpunt. Als diepgaande specialist van het Payter-platform deel je best-practice advies en werk je nauw samen met diverse interne teams om complexe of unieke technische escalaties succesvol op te lossen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Onderzoeken en oplossen van complexe technische problemen, vragen over softwareversies en hardware-uitdagingen, inclusief ondersteuning bij updates, transactiefouten en de doorstroom van telemetriedata.
  • Verzorgen van geavanceerde terminalconfiguraties, remote diagnostics en support bij de uitrol, evenals het oplossen van netwerkproblemen (wifi, 5G, LAN) en integraties van randapparatuur.
  • Fungeren als dé technische autoriteit op het gebied van Payter-hardware en -software, waaronder cloud-API's, TCP/IP-socketconnectiviteit en fysieke installatieprocedures.
  • Bieden van deskundig technisch advies aan gebruikers over de beste oplossingen voor integratie en dagelijks gebruik.
  • Efficiënt beheren van supporttickets en het leveren van gedetailleerde technische oplossingen via telefoon, e-mail, video of chat.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's en engineering-teams om een klantgerichte service te leveren, kwaliteitsstandaarden te waarborgen en operationele workflows te stroomlijnen.
  • Nauwkeurig documenteren van alle technische interacties en het ontwikkelen van best practices voor de interne kennisbank.
  • Signaleren en delen van kansen voor product- en procesverbeteringen op basis van klantfeedback, om zo de algehele gebruikerservaring te blijven optimaliseren.

Ze hebben een extreem lange levensduur, voldoen aan internationale standaarden, blinken uit in design, en zijn uiterst gebruiksvriendelijk en eenvoudig te integreren.

  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een integratie-supportrol, of 3 tot 4 jaar in een technische supportfunctie voor diverse producten.
  • Je hebt praktische kennis van HTTP, JSON/XML APIs, en TCP/IP-socketcommunicatie.
  • Je kunt goed overweg met Postman en Swagger; ervaring met softwareontwikkeling is een grote pre.
  • Je bent bij voorkeur bekend met industrieprotocollen zoals OCPP/OCPI, MDB of EMV.
  • Je hebt een brede achtergrond op het gebied van technische support, testen, documentatie en training.
  • Je beschikt over bewezen probleemoplossende vaardigheden en een proactieve gedrevenheid om te leren hoe nieuwe technologieën werken.
  • Je bent sociaal vaardig, spreekt vloeiend professioneel Engels en hebt een oprechte klantgerichte mindset.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal.
  • Je bent minimaal 3 dagen per week aanwezig op kantoor.
