Gemeinsam betreuen wir unsere Kund:innen, bringen neue Services und Produkte an den Start und sorgen dafür, dass IT sicher, stabil und zukunftsfähig läuft. Egal ob Du Dich eher im Bereich Netzwerksicherheit mit Fokus auf Firewalls oder im User Protection Umfeld (zum Beispiel E-Mail-Sicherheit, Endpoint-Schutz oder Awareness) zu Hause fühlst – bei uns findest Du Deinen Platz. Hier arbeitest Du an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT-Security, Netzwerkbetrieb und Servicequalität. Deine Mission im Team.

  • Im Tagesgeschäft erkennst Du Probleme frühzeitig und findest verlässliche Lösungen - besonders im Zusammenhang mit FortiGate-Firewalls oder gängigen User Protection Lösungen.
  • Du führst Konfigurations- und Policy-Anpassungen unserer Managed Service Kund:innen durch und entwickelst sie bei Bedarf weiter.
  • Dabei stehst Du sowohl unseren Kund:innen als auch internen Teams beratend und unterstützend zur Seite.
  • Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Best Practices im Bereich Netzwerksicherheit und Endgeräteschutz setzt Du konsequent um.
  • Bei Onboardings neuer Kund:innen bringst Du Deine Erfahrung ein und sorgst für einen professionellen Start.
  • Das Patchmanagement liegt in Deiner Hand – Systeme bleiben durch Dich aktuell und sicher.
  • Zudem pflegst Du Dokumentationen, Wissensdatenbanken und Schulungsinhalte und stärkst damit unser gemeinsames Know-how.

Wir freuen uns, wenn Du einige dieser Skills mitbringst.

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich bildet Dein fachliches Fundament.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Netzwerken – insbesondere in den Bereichen Routing, Switching und IP-Adressierung.
  • Idealerweise bringst Du Erfahrung im Umgang mit Firewall-Appliances (zum Beispiel FortiGates) oder im Bereich User Protection mit – sei es im Betrieb, der Konzeption oder im Kundensupport. Zertifizierungen sind hier ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Strukturiertes Arbeiten, eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Und nicht zuletzt: Du möchtest in einem Umfeld arbeiten, in dem Verantwortung, Vertrauen und echter Teamgeist zählen.
