Deine Mission im Team.

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Dein Team und unterstützt die persönliche sowie fachliche Weiterentwicklung Deiner Mitarbeitenden.
  • Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team entwickelst Du unser Serviceportfolio weiter und gestaltest neue Services und Lösungen mit Blick auf Qualität, Skalierbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
  • Unsere Projekte und Services steuerst Du mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch und sorgst für eine langfristige und erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kund:innen.
  • Markttrends, neue Technologien und Kundenanforderungen erkennst Du frühzeitig und leitest daraus passende Maßnahmen für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Portfolios ab.
  • Mit Vertrieb, Marketing und unseren Technologiepartnern arbeitest Du eng zusammen und unterstützt die erfolgreiche Positionierung unserer Services am Markt.
  • Die Planung von Ressourcen und Budgets sowie die wirtschaftliche Weiterentwicklung Deines Bereichs steuerst Du ebenso verantwortungsvoll wie die Förderung einer offenen und wertschätzenden Teamkultur.

  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Cyber Security sowie ein gutes Verständnis moderner IT-Services und Technologien bilden Deine Grundlage.
  • Du bringst erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams oder der Leitung technischer Organisationseinheiten mit.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude daran, Services und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln, zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und ein souveränes Auftreten gehören zu Deinen Stärken.
  • Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten sowie der sichere Umgang mit komplexen Fragestellungen sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung in der Budget- und Ressourcenplanung sowie im Aufbau neuer Services.
  • Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine offene Feedbackkultur runden Dein Profil ab.
