Im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit begleitest und steuerst du digitale Transformationsprojekte im Bereich Zeiterfassung und Zutrittskontrolle. Du arbeitest interdisziplinär mit den anderen Abteilungen zusammen und bist federführend dafür verantwortlich, dass die Projekte für unsere Kunden erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Daneben hast du auch Spaß Entwicklungs- und IT-nah tätig zu sein, sodass du gerne Themen wie API-Schnittstellen, KI oder Cyber-Security mit Ideen und Umsetzungen voranbringst!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du begleitest Projekte mit PCS-Hard- und -Software – auch in Kombination mit Zukauf-Komponenten aus den Bereichen Video, Offline-Systemen, Türkomponenten, RFID-Systeme, Vereinzelungsanlagen und Schranken
  • Beim Kunden verantwortest du die Installation und Inbetriebnahme der PCS-Software (auch mit SAP-Anbindung) – dabei gehört u.a. die Testung der Software-Module und die Vorbereitung der Terminalparametrierung dazu
  • Du berätst und schulst unsere Partner sowie Kunden, sodass du dich in der Projektgruppe als Consultant (m/w/d) verstehst
  • Du arbeitest gerne in interdisziplinären Teams, denn du unterstützt den Vertrieb in der Presales- Phase durch Projektierung und Vor-Ort-Begehungen oder bei Bedarf den technischen Support telefonisch im 2nd-Level-Support
  • Zusätzlich bist du als Administrator (m/w/d) für die Anwendungsbetreuung der Schnittstellensysteme zuständig, optimierst Prozesse, erstellst Systemdokumentationen oder unterstützt uns in Weiterentwicklungen im Bereich Cyber Security, API-Schnittstellenmanagement oder anderen spannenden Digitalisierungsprojekten

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, der Ingenieurs- oder Naturwissenschaften bzw. eine technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld als Projektleitung – idealerweise mit Cloud-basierten Systemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung - SQL-Datenbanken, Java oder Netzwerktechnik sind keine Fremdwörter für dich
  • Du hast Spaß und Neugier in Bezug auf neue Technologien und arbeitest dich proaktiv in neue, komplexe Themengebiete ein
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Lösungsorientierung sowie gute Englischkenntnisse und die Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen setzen wir voraus
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Informationssicherheit. Du bist bereit die PCS im Rahmen der ISO 27001 zu unterstützen und damit die Risiken im Umgang mit Daten zu erkennen und zu minimieren
