Wir suchen einen IT-Projektleiter (m/w/d), der nicht nur technisches Verständnis mitbringt, sondern auch Spaß daran hat, gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln. Bei uns leitest du abwechslungsreiche IT-Projekte – von Cloud-Plattformen über SaaS-Anwendungen bis hin zu sicherheitskritischen IT-Systemen. Dabei hast du auch das Thema IT- und Produktsicherheit mit im Blick.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du leitest eigenverantwortlich vielfältige IT-Projekte – z. B. in den Bereichen Cloud-Infrastruktur, SaaS-Lösungen, Systemintegration oder IT-Modernisierung
  • Du koordinierst interdisziplinäre Projektteams und sorgst für die termin-, budget- und qualitätsgerechte Umsetzung
  • Du bringst Struktur in komplexe Anforderungen, entwickelst klare Projektpläne und sorgst für transparente Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern
  • Du behältst das Thema IT-Security und Produktsicherheit unserer Soft- und Hardwareprodukte im Blick – gemeinsam mit unserem IT-Leiter integrierst du Sicherheitsanforderungen in deine Projekte
  • Du hast Spaß daran, Wissen weiterzugeben? Dann bring dich in die Ausbildung unserer Nachwuchskräfte aktiv mit ein

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein fundiertes technisches Verständnis im IT-Umfeld und konntest bereits Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position sammeln
  • Du bist strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in dynamischen Projektphasen den Überblick
  • Du bringst Interesse oder erste Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Sicherheit mit und bist bereit, dich in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du bist engagiert, serviceorientiert und gehst Dinge mit einer „Hands-On“-Mentalität an. Außerdem arbeitest du gerne in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Du lernst gerne Neues – und teilst ebenso gern dein Wissen: durch Best Practices und Impulse für das Team oder durch die Unterstützung unserer Auszubildenden
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Informationssicherheit. Du bist bereit die PCS im Rahmen der ISO 27001 zu unterstützen und damit die Risiken im Umgang mit Daten zu erkennen und zu minimieren
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
