Your Impact

Pearce is seeking a **Vice President of Sales** to lead profitable revenue growth, strategic account expansion, and new business development for our Telecom & Distributed Site Services (TDSS) division. This leader will drive sales strategy across HVAC, generator, tower, electrical, site maintenance, wireline, and related critical-infrastructure services, with a focus on recurring revenue, national accounts, and market diversification.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining executive customer relationships, strategic pursuit ownership, and sales team development. Success requires strong commercial acumen, knowledge of field-service operations, and close collaboration with Operations, Finance, and CBRE account teams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the TDSS sales strategy to drive profitable revenue growth, recurring backlog, customer retention, and new business acquisition.
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives across HVAC, generator, tower, electrical/ATS, site maintenance, wireline, and adjacent infrastructure services.
  • Expand relationships with key telecommunications carriers, tower companies, data center operators, utilities, and other infrastructure owners.
  • Identify new markets, customers, and service opportunities that diversify revenue beyond traditional telecommunications.
  • Personally lead major national and multi-market pursuits, including solution development, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contract awards.
  • Grow existing accounts through strategic account planning, cross-selling, executive engagement, and identification of additional service opportunities.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, and Legal to develop competitive, profitable solutions aligned with delivery capabilities and contractual requirements.
  • Leverage CBRE relationships to develop new opportunities, coordinate sales efforts, and expand market reach.
  • Establish accountability for pipeline management, forecasting, CRM accuracy, sales performance, and execution of strategic account plans.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the TDSS sales team while maintaining direct involvement in priority customers and opportunities.
  • Represent Pearce in executive customer meetings, business reviews, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience in telecommunications, field services, facilities services, or critical infrastructure.
  • Proven success winning complex national or multi-market service contracts and expanding large strategic accounts.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, generator, electrical, tower, site maintenance, or related distributed field-service operations.
  • Experience selling recurring maintenance, repair, installation, and managed-service programs.
  • Established executive relationships within telecommunications, infrastructure, or facilities services markets preferred.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including pricing, gross margin, forecasting, contract negotiations, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams while personally managing strategic pursuits and customer relationships.
  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM, forecasting, and business analysis tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Ability to travel throughout North America as needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
