The posting

We are hiring an experienced Talent Manager to lead talent development, Learning & Development (L&D), performance management, and Learning Management System (LMS) initiatives for a leading holding group in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management and development strategies.
  • Lead L&D programmes, training needs assessments, and employee capability development.
  • Manage performance appraisal cycles, KPI frameworks, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee LMS administration, implementation, and effectiveness.
  • Drive succession planning, leadership development, and talent reviews.
  • Analyse learning and performance metrics to measure impact and identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align talent initiatives with organisational objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Talent Management, L&D, and Performance Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LMS platforms and performance management frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in employee development, succession planning, and learning strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
