Avanti is looking for hard-working and reliable candidates to become part of our logistics team. If you are hardworking and reliable, we can teach you how to succeed in a rapidly growing company.

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

  • Load, secure and protect product on delivery truck and safely transport to destination
  • Load and unload product on truck for delivery from Distribution center
  • Pick-up product from customer and other Avanti locations
  • Routinely inspect truck and trailer for safety
  • Ability to use a forklift (training on site)
  • Any other duties as assigned by manager

Employee Requirements:

  • Ability to meet all requirements set forth by FMCSR 391.11
  • Have current satisfactory MVR (driving record), valid CDL and DOT physical (can be completed once hired)
  • Ability to use the ELD device per FMCSA for logging hours of service-of-service and records of duty
  • Ability to embrace, improve, and more importantly enjoy the opportunity to grow with a rapidly growing company
  • Ability to communicate professionally with team members and trades on and off job site and always maintain professional appearance
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to work 10+ hours a day
  • Ability to use proper PPE when handling windows/patio doors
  • Ability to lift to 50lbs multiple times per day with occasional lifts more than 75lbs
  • Ability to push/pull rolling product and part carts more than 500lbs
  • Ability to carry/lift to 175lbs (team lift) for windows and patio doors for delivery
  • If approved, to drive a company vehicle must meet all Avanti company vehicle and driving requirements
