- Faire du compte pro une poche de revenu principal pour Pennylane.

🫡 Mission

L’équipe Compte Pro SME a pour mission de transformer les TPE clientes de Pennylane en titulaires d’un Compte Pro ouvert, depuis l’identification du lead jusqu’à l’acceptation du dossier et l’ouverture effective chez Swan.

🎯 Objectif

L’équipe est objectivée sur le nombre de compte pros ouverts.

🖼️ PÉRIMÈTRE ET RESPONSABILITÉS

- Identifier les clients prioritaires ;

- Contacter les dirigeants ou administrateurs ;

- Comprendre leur situation bancaire et leurs besoins ;

- Expliquer la proposition de valeur du Compte Pro ;

- Traiter les objections courantes ;

- Accompagner le démarrage du parcours ;

- Suivre le statut Swan ;

- Documenter les actions dans Salesforce ;

- Collaborer avec FST, Swan, Marketing, Ops ; Produit

- Contribuer à l’amélioration du playbook (scripts, méthodologies …) et du funnel ;

- Contribuer à l’amélioration des process.

- reporting et création d’équipe

🫵 PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

- Expérience en vente SDR, customer success/AM (avec appétence acquisition) ;

- Connaissance monde bancaire est un plus ;

- Capacité à gérer un volume important de leads ;

- Très bonne organisation ;

- Aisance au téléphone ;

- Capacité à expliquer simplement un produit financier ;

- Rigueur CRM ;

- Goût pour les objectifs de conversion ;

- Capacité à travailler avec des équipes internes et des prestataires ;

- Capacité à identifier un blocage et à escalader au bon interlocuteur.
