Voor een groeiende organisatie in de bouwsector, gevestigd in de regio Bree, zijn we op zoek naar een Business Controller die financiële en operationele data vertaalt naar inzichten die de business vooruithelpen.

Je bouwt mee aan een performante controlling binnen de verschillende entiteiten van de groep, ondersteunt het management bij strategische beslissingen en denkt actief mee over de verdere professionalisering van de financiële processen. Je krijgt de ruimte om je rol zelf mee vorm te geven.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je maakt maandelijks rapporteringen op en volgt de cijfers nauwkeurig op.
  • Je bewaakt de resultaten en volgt budgetten en forecasts op de voet.
  • Je analyseert varianties en brengt afwijkingen tegenover budget en vorige periodes in kaart.
  • Je bouwt mee aan een performante financial & business controlling over de verschillende bedrijven van de groep.
  • Je houdt cashflow, werkkapitaal en de belangrijkste KPI's in het oog en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je ondersteunt de closing samen met de boekhouding en de externe accountants.
  • Je analyseert kosten, marges en rendabiliteit en ziet waar het beter kan.
  • Je optimaliseert en automatiseert processen, rapportering en interne controles.
  • Je werkt mee aan strategische en financiële projecten die de groep verder doen groeien.
  • Je bouwt KPI's en dashboards uit die informatie snel en transparant bij directie en management brengen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de CFO.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je behaalde je master in een economische/financiële richting.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en combineert strategisch inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je hebt ervaring met financiële rapportering, budgettering en forecasting.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet financiële informatie helder te vertalen naar verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en moderne ERP-systemen.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt.
