Binnen een onderneming in de regio Oostkamp die een belangrijke schakel vormt in de toelevering aan de professionele groen- en infrastructuursector zijn we op zoek naar een Financial Analyst. De organisatie verdeelt een uitgebreid assortiment aan materialen en oplossingen die gebruikt worden bij de inrichting van tuinen, openbare ruimtes en bedrijfsterreinen. Met een breed professioneel klantenbestand en verschillende operationele vestigingen heeft de onderneming een stevige positie binnen haar markt uitgebouwd. Om de financiële afdeling verder te versterken, zoeken ze een nauwkeurige Financial Analyst die mee instaat voor de financiële opvolging van verschillende vennootschappen. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin dagelijkse accounting, financiële controles en rapportering samenkomen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met het management en krijg je de kans om actief bij te dragen aan de verdere professionalisering van de financiële werking.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je neemt de eindverantwoordelijkheid op voor de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen van verschillende vennootschappen.
  • Je bereidt interne jaarrekeningen en consolidaties voor en zorgt voor een correcte financiële rapportering.
  • Je analyseert financiële resultaten en vertaalt cijfers naar bruikbare inzichten voor het management.
  • Je optimaliseert financiële processen en werkt mee aan verdere digitalisering en ERP-ontwikkelingen.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van financiële data en zorgt voor betrouwbare rapporteringen.
  • Je stuurt het finance team inhoudelijk aan en werkt nauw samen met de CFO.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de volledige boekhouding, inclusief btw-verplichtingen, reconciliaties en fiscale aangiftes.
  • Je volgt vaste activa, voorraden, kredietdossiers, verzekeringen en andere financiële processen op.
  • Je zet moderne technologieën en AI-tools in om analyses, rapporteringen en processen efficiënter te maken.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen een financiële richting.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen financial controlling of audit.
  • Je hebt een sterke financiële en boekhoudkundige kennis.
  • Je werkt analytisch, kritisch en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet financiële informatie helder te vertalen naar niet-financiële stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en voelt je comfortabel binnen ERP-omgevingen.
  • Je neemt eigenaarschap op en beschikt over coachende vaardigheden.
