Onze klant in de regio Antwerpen is een gevestigde speler binnen de vastgoedsector. De organisatie beschikt over een kwalitatieve vastgoedportefeuille en zet volop in op de verdere optimalisatie en professionele uitbouw van haar financiële werking.

Om deze groei en verdere ontwikkeling financieel in goede banen te leiden, zoeken ze een ervaren Financial Controller. Iemand die graag in de cijfers duikt, maar tegelijk ook het grotere financiële plaatje blijft zien. Binnen deze rol werk je nauw samen met het Finance team en krijg je de kans om een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan de financiële rapportering en verdere opvolging van de organisatie.

Ben je analytisch sterk, heb je een goede kennis van IFRS en ben je op zoek naar een inhoudelijk sterke functie binnen de vastgoedsector in regio Antwerpen?

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je staat mee in voor een correcte closing en waakt over de kwaliteit van de financiële cijfers.
  • Je verzorgt de financiële rapportering volgens IFRS en zorgt ervoor dat de nodige informatie tijdig beschikbaar is voor verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je werkt mee aan de consolidatie van de cijfers en ondersteunt bij de opmaak van periodieke financiële rapporteringen.
  • Je analyseert de financiële resultaten en vertaalt belangrijke evoluties naar duidelijke inzichten voor het management.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan het budget- en forecastproces en neemt de verdere opvolging van de financiële planning voor jouw rekening.
  • Je analyseert de impact van verschillende parameters op de financiële resultaten en formuleert waar nodig aanbevelingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de externe auditor en fungeert als aanspreekpunt tijdens de controle van de periodieke cijfers.
  • Je volgt mee de financiële impact van contracten en commerciële afspraken op en werkt hiervoor samen met de relevante interne afdelingen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de verdere optimalisatie van financiële processen en rapportering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Group Controller en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je behaalde je master in een economische/financiële richting of beschikt over relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt idealiter 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen Audit of Controlling.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van IFRS en interesse in complexe financiële rapportering.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, maar hebt ook oog voor detail en een correcte operationele opvolging.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en denkt actief mee over de verbetering van processen en systemen.
  • Je voelt je goed in een professionele omgeving waar je zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid krijgt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
