Een brede controllerfunctie binnen Rijnstate

Als Financial Controller start je binnen de Divisie Oncologische Zorg. Je houdt je bezig met rapportages, begrotingen, prognoses, subsidieverantwoordingen, projectadministraties en data-analyses. Daarbij werk je samen met managers, Business Controllers en collega's binnen Planning & Control.

Je maakt deel uit van het team Concern Control, bestaande uit negen collega's, en ondersteunt managers en directie met financiële informatie en analyses.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Financial Controller zorg je voor betrouwbare financiële informatie en ondersteun je managers bij begrotingen, prognoses, analyses en verantwoordingen.

Je stelt financiële rapportages op, voert analyses uit en bent mede verantwoordelijk voor subsidieverantwoordingen, de monitoring van projecten en het volgen van financiële en niet-financiële KPI's. Daarnaast werk je samen met Business Controllers aan financiële en niet-financiële analyses ten behoeve van managementinformatie en besluitvorming.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan verder uit:

  • Je ondersteunt wetenschappelijk onderzoek in samenwerking met het Wetenschapsbureau.
  • Je voert financiële en niet-financiële data-analyses uit en ontwikkelt deze verder.
  • Je werkt samen met Business Intelligence aan informatievoorziening en analyses.
  • Je signaleert verbetermogelijkheden in processen en werkwijzen.
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor financiële vragen vanuit de organisatie.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Coördinator Concern Control.

Over de afdeling

De afdeling Planning & Control ondersteunt management en directie met financiële informatie, analyses en advies. Je werkt binnen het team Concern Control en hebt regelmatig contact met Business Controllers, managers, HR, Business Intelligence en directie. De afdeling Planning & Control bestaat uit de teams Business Control en Concern Control en telt in totaal 19 collega's.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van Bedrijfseconomie, Finance & Control, Bedrijfskunde, Accountancy of een vergelijkbare financiële opleiding.
  • Minimaal 2 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een financiële functie.
  • Een analytische en zelfstandige werkwijze.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Kennis van AFAS of vergelijkbare systemen.
  • Goede vaardigheden in Excel.

Rijnstate biedt jou

  • Een dienstverband van 24 tot 36 uur per week.
  • Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor 12 maanden met de intentie deze om te zetten naar een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd.
  • Gedurende de eerste 12 maanden werk je voor de Divisie Oncologische Zorg. Daarna word je binnen Rijnstate ingezet voor een andere divisie.
  • Salaris conform FWG 55 (€ 3.903,- tot € 5.503,- bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek). De inschaling is afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring.
  • Vakantie- en eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
  • Flexeuro-regeling.
  • Een uitstekende pensioenregeling bij PFZW, waarbij Rijnstate de helft van de premie betaalt.
  • Mogelijkheden om deels vanuit huis te werken.
