Voor een vooruitstrevend notariskantoor in de regio Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Notarieel Jurist. Dit kantoor combineert een sterke vakkennis met een hedendaagse, professionele aanpak en een open bedrijfscultuur.

Binnen deze functie krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen dossiers en sta je in rechtstreeks contact met cliënten. Je werkt in een omgeving waar initiatief wordt gewaardeerd en waar je de kans krijgt om je juridische expertise verder uit te diepen binnen een gestructureerd en collegiaal team.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je beheert zelfstandig gevarieerde dossiers van opstart tot het verlijdensklaar maken, met nadruk op vastgoed-, familiaal en/of vennootschapsrecht
  • Je voert de nodige juridische en administratieve opzoekingen uit en stelt kwalitatieve ontwerpakten en overeenkomsten op
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten, beantwoordt hun juridische vragen en begeleidt hen op een heldere, pragmatische manier
  • Je overlegt geregeld met de notarissen en collega's om complexe juridische vraagstukken af te stemmen
  • Je volgt actuele wetgeving en ontwikkelingen binnen het notariaat op de voet

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een Master in de Rechten behaald; een Master in het Notariaat is een uitgesproken pluspunt
  • Je beschikt over een eerste werkervaring binnen het notariaat of de advocatuur/juridische adviesverlening
  • Je bent analytisch scherp, werkt accuraat en houdt het overzicht bij strakke deadlines
  • Je communiceert vlot, toont empathie in cliëntencontacten en functioneert goed in teamverband
  • Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands; kennis van het Engels of Frans is mooi meegenomen
