Voor een financieel gezond en groeiend bedrijf in de regio Lendelede, actief in de bouwsector, zoeken we een Business / Project Controller die projecten financieel scherp opvolgt en de directie adviseert op basis van cijfers waar ze echt iets mee kunnen. Je komt terecht in een vlakke organisatie met een no-nonsense cultuur, korte communicatielijnen en hardwerkende, oplossingsgerichte collega's. Door de groei en verdere professionalisering is deze functie nieuw, zodat jij mee bepaalt hoe financiële sturing eruitziet en kan doorgroeien naar financieel verantwoordelijke.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je voert projectreviews uit en bewaakt de rendabiliteit van de projecten, de kern van de onderneming.
  • Je analyseert financiële data en vertaalt ze naar strategisch advies en heldere rapportering, rechtstreeks aan de directie.
  • Je stuurt de financiële afdeling operationeel aan en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de boekhouder.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en bestuurders en denkt mee over de beslissingen die ertoe doen.
  • Je optimaliseert financiële processen en rapportagetools, met reële doorgroeimogelijkheden naar financieel verantwoordelijke.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in business controlling binnen een projectomgeving.
  • Je hebt voldoende boekhoudkundige basiskennis om de boekhouder te ondersteunen
  • Je denkt en werkt op masterniveau, en bent analytisch en meedenkend.
  • Je bent hands-on, proactief en hebt een echte KMO-mentaliteit
