  • Review project forecasts with Project Managers, validating estimates to complete, estimates at completion, cost phasing, and projected completion dates.
  • Monitor and explain project cost and margin variances, identify potential risks, and document forecast assumptions and corrective actions.

  • Coordinate project billing activities by reviewing contract requirements, preparing billing documentation, monitoring invoice readiness, and supporting accounts receivable and cash flow reporting.
  • Review vendor invoices and timesheets for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate project coding, ensuring approvals are completed in accordance with delegated authority.
  • Track approved and pending project changes, assessing their impact on project costs, revenue, schedule, and overall margin.
  • Prepare financial information and supporting documentation for project reviews, management reporting, and major-project presentations.
  • Complete project cost and revenue reconciliations, resolve outstanding commitments and accruals, and coordinate financial closeout activities.
  • Maintain project controls documentation and reporting standards, identify opportunities for process improvements, and escalate financial risks, discrepancies, and other project concerns to appropriate stakeholders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
