A pessoa Analista de CRO é responsável pela análise do E-commerce dos nossos clientes, buscando oportunidades para melhorar a performance e os resultados.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar na análise de funis de conversão, identificando pontos de atrito na jornada do usuário.
  • Executar análises heurísticas, levantando oportunidades de otimização.
  • Acompanhar e interpretar mapas de calor e gravações de tela, destacando insights de navegação.
  • Apoiar no monitoramento de pesquisas, surveys e testes com usuários.
  • Realizar benchmarking e pesquisas de mercado, trazendo referências para evolução dos projetos.
  • Acompanhar análises de dados de navegação e comportamento.
  • Auxiliar na definição, execução e acompanhamento de testes A/B.
  • Contribuir na criação de planos de mensuração, garantindo alinhamento entre objetivos de negócio e KPIs monitorados.
  • Auxiliar na construção e manutenção de dashboards de performance, consolidando dados em visualizações claras para acompanhamento contínuo.

Requisitos e Skills:

  • Conhecimento em Google Analytics 4 (GA4) para análise de tráfego, eventos e funis de conversão.
  • Familiaridade com CrazyEgg (mapas de calor, cliques e gravações de sessão) e capacidade de interpretar os insights gerados.
  • Noções de VWO (ou outra ferramenta de testes A/B), com interesse em aprofundar-se em experimentação.
  • Capacidade de construir dashboards no Looker Studio, organizando dados de forma clara e objetiva.
  • Conhecimento básico em Google Tag Manager (GTM) para apoiar no acompanhamento de implementações de mensuração.
  • Boa proficiência em Google Planilhas, utilizando fórmulas e tabelas para consolidar e analisar informações.
  • Habilidade em criar apresentações estruturadas (Google Slides / PowerPoint), traduzindo análises em recomendações visuais.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e com vontade de aprender continuamente em CRO e UX.
