The posting

Estamos buscando uma pessoa com perfil analítico e já com experiência prática inicial em dados ou comportamento do usuário para atuar com otimização de conversão (CRO).

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Analisar funis de conversão e comportamento no GA4
  • Identificar pontos de fricção na jornada do usuário
  • Utilizar ferramentas como Hotjar / Clarity para análise de comportamento
  • Apoiar na construção de hipóteses de otimização
  • Acompanhar e documentar testes A/B
  • Estruturar análises e apresentar insights com clareza
  • Apoiar na leitura de dados e geração de recomendações

requisitos

  • Já ter utilizado Google Analytics (GA4), mesmo que em projetos próprios ou acadêmicos
  • Conhecimento básico/intermediário em análise de dados (funil, métricas, conversão)
  • Experiência com planilhas (Excel ou Google Sheets)
  • Interesse claro por CRO, UX ou comportamento do consumidor
  • Capacidade de transformar dados em insights

SERÁ UM DIFERENCIAL SE VOCÊ TIVER:

  • Experiência com Hotjar, Clarity, VWO ou ferramentas similares
  • Já ter participado de testes A/B ou estudos de caso
  • Conhecimento em e-commerce ou jornadas digitais
  • Noções de UX ou research
  • Já ter feito análises estruturadas (faculdade, estágio ou projetos próprios)
