The posting

Objetivo del puesto: Dar soporte y seguimiento directo a los programas internacionales de educación ambiental gestionados por IDARD (tales como Eco Escuelas, Green Key, Bandera Azul, entre otros), coordinando con operadores, redactando informes técnicos, estructurando diapositivas y realizando las visitas presenciales de control y capacitación a nivel nacional.

Funciones principales:

  • Redactar informes técnicos y memorias de las visitas de control ejecutadas en los centros evaluados.
  • Coordinar el seguimiento diario y logístico directo con los operadores locales y coordinadores de los programas.
  • Diseñar y estructurar diapositivas y materiales didácticos para las capacitaciones de sostenibilidad de la ONG.
  • Ejecutar visitas de control y auditorías físicas in situ en playas, hoteles o centros educativos bajo las directrices internacionales del programa.
  • Brindar soporte directo al área de programas en la atención de solicitudes de organismos de educación ambiental extranjeros.
  • Mantener actualizada la base de datos de estatus de los planteles o locaciones participantes.

Requisitos:

  • Perfil Junior o recién graduado con alta proactividad de las carreras: Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Industrial, Biología, Ecología o Gestión Ambiental.
  • Conocimiento general en normativas ambientales o de sostenibilidad es un plus.
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado – Indispensable para reportes y enlaces internacionales.
  • Capacidad comprobada de redacción y excelente ortografía.
  • Facilidad de palabra y dinamismo para dar capacitaciones presenciales y virtuales.
  • Excelente agilidad de respuesta ante las asignaciones.
  • Disponibilidad absoluta para viajar al interior del país de forma frecuente.
  • Organización y responsabilidad.
  • Manejo de conflictos.
