The posting

Nuestro cliente, importante empresa que brinda soluciones de almacenajes y distribución ubicada en Santo Domingo, República Dominicana, requiere un Gerente de Facturación y Cobros. El objetivo del puesto es supervisar el ciclo completo de ingresos, asegurando la emisión precisa de facturas y recuperación oportuna de la cartera. Lidera al equipo contable para optimizar el flujo de caja, reducir la morosidad, gestionar créditos y cumplir con las normativas fiscales vigentes. La posición es presencial.

Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00am a 5:00pm

Sábados de 8:00am a 12:00pm

RESPONSABILIDADES

Gestión de facturación: Supervisar la emisión correcta y oportuna de facturas, notas de crédito y estados de cuenta.

Gestión de Cobranza: Definir estrategias para recuperar saldos vencidos y negociar con clientes morosos.

Control de Crédito: Evaluar y aprobar límites de crédito a clientes nuevos y existentes.

Conciliación y Reportes: Asegurar la correcta aplicación de pagos y emitir informes sobre la antigüedad de saldos.

Liderazgo de equipo: Dirigir, capacitar y evaluar al Personal del área de Facturación y Cobros.

Elaboración de dashboards y KPI's.

Otras funciones acordes a la posición.

REQUISITOS

Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración o carrera afín.

Experiencia mínima 5 años demostrable en supervisión de gestión de facturación, cuentas por cobrar y manejo de personal.

Deseable que tenga experiencia en el sector logístico.

Manejo de Excel avanzado y Microsoft 365 (indispensable).

Manejo de ERPs (QuickBooks o similar deseable, Power BI indispensable).

Conocimiento del sistema de la Superintendencia de la Bolsa de Valores (deseable).

Tener vehículo propio (indispensable).

Tener pasaporte y Visa Americana (indispensable).

Manejo de mínimo ingles intermedio (indispensable).
