Objetivo general del puesto:

Desarrollar el retail y aumentar las ventas de la marca en Centroamérica

Dirigirá equipo de Supervisores y Promotores en Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica y Panamá

Funciones del puesto:

  • Deseable estudios técnicos o universitarios en áreas administración de empresas, Comercio, Negocios/ventas
  • Ocasionalmente deberá viajar a dichos países
  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia en Retail (JVL, HP, Mabe, Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, Panasonic o marcas similares)
  • Dominio de inglés a nivel intermedio/avanzado
  • Revisión y Gestión de Inventario y Exhibiciones en tiendas en cada País
  • Seguimiento a los precios de nuestras marcas y la competencia en los diferentes Retailers de la Región y reportar a tiempo si hay variaciones en los mismos Seguimiento a los precios de nuestras marcas y la competencia en los diferentes Retailers de la Región y reportar a tiempo si hay variaciones en los mismos
  • Retail que manejará: TV´S, Línea Blanca, Aires Acondicionados, Refrigeradores, monitores, party speakers.
  • Experiencia dando entrenamientos, ya que debe mantener al equipo con un buen nivel de conocimiento acerca de nuestros productos y sus tecnologías
