Objetivo del Puesto:

Administración adecuada del negocio, controles administrativos, contables, Crédito, Auditoría y de las finanzas en la operación

Funciones Principales:

  • Fomentar a través de sus departamentos el perfecto control administrativo y contable de la empresa, sin perder de vista el enfoque comercial.
  • Implementar instrumentos de control corporativos y proponer y/o modificar procedimientos que garanticen el control total de la operación.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos contables y administrativos
  • Realizar control de riesgo, analizando posibles crisis y presentando planes de contingencia
  • Revisar el presupuesto anual en base a los lineamientos regionales y garantiza la ejecución del mismo
  • Garantizar que se cumplan los planes de inventario tanto mensual como semestral y la exactitud de estos.
  • Emitir y analizar los estados financieros
  • Velar por la buena relación con instituciones financieras, estatales y proveedores.
  • Garantizar el flujo de efectivo, para cumplir con lo pactado con los proveedores y con la meta mensual de remesa a casa Matriz

Requisitos:

  • Estudios Formales (Indispensable) Graduado en carreras Contaduría Publica, Carrera en ciencias Económica, Ingeniería o carrera afin
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en puesto similar
  • Paquete Office Avanzado
  • Conocimientos de leyes fiscales y aduaneras actualizadas
  • Conocimiento del ciclo de contabilidad y de costos
  • Manejo de Presupuesto
  • Principios de Auditoría
  • Manejo de cartera de clientes
  • Servicio al cliente
