Empresa referência no segmento da construção civil contrata Analista de Incorporação Sênior, para atuar com autonomia nos processos técnicos e administrativos de incorporação imobiliária, garantindo a qualidade, a conformidade legal e o cumprimento dos cronogramas dos empreendimentos.

Principais atividades

Conduzir os processos de regularização fundiária e documental dos empreendimentos. Elaborar e revisar checklists e documentação técnica para contratos e clientes. Acompanhar e coordenar a obtenção de alvarás, licenças ambientais e aprovações junto aos órgãos públicos. Elaborar e revisar manuais de condomínio e do proprietário. Preparar e conferir a documentação para registro de incorporação em cartório. Analisar projetos arquitetônicos e complementares para fins de incorporação. Apoiar a supervisão no controle dos cronogramas e na elaboração de relatórios. Orientar e apoiar analistas plenos e juniores na execução das atividades. Manter atualizados o banco de dados e os controles de acompanhamento do setor. Assinar documentos técnicos de incorporação dentro das atribuições do cargo.

Graduação completa em Arquitetura. Experiência como Analista de Incorporação Sênior, no mercado imobiliário. Conhecimento da legislação de incorporação imobiliária, especialmente da Lei nº 4.591/64. Conhecimento em processos cartorários e regularização fundiária. Pacote Office e Excel em nível intermediário. Conhecimento em AutoCAD e leitura e interpretação de projetos arquitetônicos e complementares. Autonomia técnica, capacidade de resolução de problemas e atenção aos detalhes. Organização, proatividade e gestão de prioridades e prazos. Capacidade de orientar e desenvolver profissionais menos experientes.

Diferenciais

Pós-graduação em Gestão Imobiliária ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimento em MS Project ou outras ferramentas de gestão de cronogramas. Experiência com Sienge ou outros sistemas de gestão. Conhecimento em Revit, ArchiCAD ou ferramentas de renderização.
