LA POSIZIONE

Loss Prevention Specialist e' una figura che si occupa di fornire informazioni affidabili sullo stock nei negozi, contribuendo a ridurre al minimo le perdite di inventario, organizzando la procedura stessa e fornendo consulenza ai negozi che possono migliorare i propri risultati. In particolare:

  • Pianifica le date degli inventari nei punti vendita di competenza nel rispetto delle procedure interne;
  • Supporta i referenti di negozio nella preparazione dell’inventario fornendo idonee linee guida;
  • Gestisce l’inventario dei negozi dell’area di appartenenza, supervisionando le attività in store per garantire la correttezza del processo;
  • Contribuisce all'ottimizzazione delle procedure e all’introduzione di nuovi strumenti volti ad efficientare il processo inventariale.
  • Collabora con Area Manager, Finance e altri dipartimenti per criticita' e anomalie.

REQUISITI

  • Diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado (liceo, istituti tecnici);
  • Conoscenza fluente dell’inglese scritto e parlato;
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali applicativi MS Office - è indispensabile soprattutto la padronanza di Excel;
  • Disponibilità a frequenti viaggi di lavoro (circa 70% del tempo);
  • Aver maturato esperienze anche minime nell’ambito stock controlling, loss prevention o ispettivo costituirà un plus;
  • Preferibile residenza nell’Italia centrale, in particolare Lazio e Toscana;
  • Patente B.

Completano il profilo un forte orientamento al risultato, competenze di problem solving e di pianificazione. È richiesta una buona predisposizione al cambiamento e alle situazioni inaspettate. È fondamentale avere un approccio analitico, orientato all’ordine e ai numeri.
