LA POSIZIONE Siamo alla ricerca di una figura da inserire nel ruolo di Area Manager Centro Italia - Emilia Romagna pronta a mettersi in gioco in un contesto altamente dinamico e flessibile e con grande voglia di essere parte attiva della crescita dell’azienda in Italia. In particolare, l’Area Manager in Pepco si occupa di:

  • Implementare la strategia della Funzione Operations nella propria area di riferimento, per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business in linea con la strategia aziendale.
  • Massimizzare le vendite giornaliere nei propri Negozi;
  • Controllare regolarmente la performance del budget di vendita e l'implementazione degli standard/ procedure aziendali;
  • Controllare l’andamento dei costi generali e del personale in ottica di ottimizzazione di costi operativi;
  • Verificare la preparazione del Negozio per l’inventario e il rispetto delle procedure per ridurre al minimo le perdite;
  • Supervisionare il processo promozionale dei negozi per ottimizzare lo smaltimento di prodotti invenduti;
  • Supportare il Referente di Punto Vendita nella gestione del team, verificare i costi del personale e monitorare la formazione on the job e i percorsi di crescita.

LE CARATTERISTICHE CHE RICERCHIAMO

  • Diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado (liceo, istituti tecnici) o titoli di studio di livello superiore;
  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni da Area Manager, la provenienza dal settore retail/GDO è considerato un plus;
  • Buon inglese scritto e parlato;
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali applicativi MS Office - è indispensabile soprattutto la padronanza di Excel;
  • Residenza in Emilia Romagna e disponibilità a frequenti viaggi di lavoro;
  • Patente B;
  • Completano il profilo la massima precisione e puntualità, l'apertura al cambiamento e la voglia di mettersi in gioco in un ambiente giovane e stimolante, in costante crescita.
