DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI

La risorsa avrà l'opportunità di formarsi e partecipare attivamente alle attività amministrative e operative della funzione Investment, supportando il team nella gestione della documentazione e nel monitoraggio dei processi legati agli investimenti aziendali e ai punti vendita, con particolare focus su:

  • Gestione e aggiornamento della documentazione relativa a fornitori e sicurezza (DUVRI)
  • Aggiornamento e monitoraggio degli scadenziari;
  • Supporto nelle attività di archiviazione e gestione della documentazione;
  • Gestione del libro firma dei documenti amministrativi;
  • Preparazione degli incarichi destinati a imprese, professionisti e architetti;
  • Supporto nella gestione degli ordini e delle relative pratiche amministrative;
  • Monitoraggio ed esecuzione del processo di pagamento dei bollettini nel rispetto delle scadenze previste
  • Collaborazione con i team interni e con i fornitori per garantire la corretta gestione delle attività di competenza della funzione.

  • Sei predispost* a lavorare in team, condividendo informazioni e conoscenze e organizzando il lavoro in ottica collaborativa;

  • Aver avuto una precedente esperienza, anche breve, in attività di back office o supporto amministrativo e' un requisito preferenziale.

TU FAI PER PEPCO SE

  • Hai un diploma di scuola secondaria superiore o una laurea (o stai studiando per averla) in discipline economiche, amministrative o giuridiche;
  • Sai utilizzare in maniera autonoma e proficua Excel e gli altri tool del pacchetto MS Office;
  • Hai una conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.

COSA OFFRIAMO

  • Stage di 6 mesi, con possibilita' di inserimento diretto in azienda e percorso di formazione strutturato e continuativo;
  • Rimborso spese 700 euro/mese
  • Potrai gestire lo stage in maniera ibrida (smart working per il 40% del tempo dopo un primo periodo di formazione in sede);
  • La sede di lavoro e' a Pero (MI).
