Per il nostro store di nuova apertura a SAN MARTINO IN STRADA, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Vice Referente di Punto Vendita (Shift Leader).

Il Vice Referente di Punto Vendita ha le seguenti responsabilità, in supporto allo Store Manager:

  • Pianificazione del lavoro e degli orari
  • Monitoraggio dei principali KPI aziendali
  • Gestione del magazzino e ricezione merce
  • Allestimento e riassortimento della merce in area vendita
  • Assistenza ai clienti
  • Gestione cassa e relative operazioni
  • Supervisione di standard di sicurezza e pulizia del negozio

Questa posizione è perfetta per te se:

  • Sei in possesso di diploma di Scuola Secondaria o qualifica professionale
  • Hai esperienza di almeno 1 anno come Vice Referente di Negozio/Shift Leader/Team Leader/Responsabile di reparto nel mondo del retail o della GDO
  • Possiedi un forte orientamento al cliente e al raggiungimento del risultato
  • Hai attitudine al lavoro in squadra e capacità di leadership
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici, in particolare la suite office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Sharepoint)
  • Completano il profilo proattività, flessibilità ed entusiasmo!
