Обязанности: Отбирать пробы и выполнять контроль качества молока-сырья, сырья и материалов, упаковочных материалов, моющих средств, полуфабрикатов; Осуществлять проверку документации; Своевременно проводить отбор проб сырья, полуфабрикатов и готовой продукции, определять органолептические и физико-химические показатели молочной и пищевой продукции; На основе полученных результатов исследования готовой продукции выдавать разрешающие в реализацию документы: удостоверения качества и безопасности или иные их заменяющие документы; Четко и своевременно регистрировать результаты испытаний в лабораторной документации; Контролировать технологические параметры при производстве и хранении сырья, материалов и готовой продукции; Участвовать в сличительных испытаниях для подтверждения своей технический компетентности; Постоянно повышать свой технический уровень и квалификацию, в том числе принимая участие в предлагаемых работодателем тренингах и семинарах. Требования: Образование не ниже среднего-специального (подтвержденного дипломом) Готовы рассмотреть учащихся ВУЗов последних курсов (дистанционное обучение или заочное) Уверенный пользователь ПК (Word, базовые знания Excel), приветствуется опыт работы с любой документацией Опыт работы на производстве, контроле качества, лаборатории, с пищевой продукцией, медицине, преподавании (экология, биология, химия) - приветствуется; Отсутствие противопоказаний при работе с хим. реактивами. Условия: Условия оформления: приём в штат на срочный трудовой договор (декретный отпуск основного сотрудника); Официальное оформление в штат компании, предприятие: АО Холдинговая компания "Ополье".
