Om oss: Perceptric AI är ett svenskt bolag som utvecklar en AI driven dataplattform för både data analysts och data engineers. Vi arbetar i en dynamisk miljö där människor är vår viktigaste resurs och vi vill nu stärka vårt team med en HR-praktikant som brinner för rekrytering, employer branding och företagskultur. Om rollen: Som HR-intern hos oss kommer du att få en bred och utvecklande roll där du får insyn i hela HR-processen. Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter inkluderar:

  • Stödja rekryteringsprocessen genom att identifiera kandidater, genomföra intervjuer och koordinera anställningsprocessen.
  • Bidra till vårt employer branding-arbete och hjälpa till att attrahera toppkandidater.
  • Assistera i utvecklingen av interna HR-processer och personalstrategier.
  • Organisera onboarding-program och säkerställa en smidig introduktion för nya medarbetare.
  • Stödja i HR-administration och personalrelaterade frågor.

Vem är du? Vi tror att du: - Studerar personalvetenskap, företagsekonomi, psykologi eller annat relevant område. - Har ett intresse för rekrytering, employer branding och HR-strategi. - Har ett intresse för ekonomi eller marknadsföring - Är självgående, lösningsorienterad och trivs i en dynamisk och entreprenöriell miljö. - Kommunicerar flytande på svenska och engelska. - Har god organisationsförmåga och kan hantera flera projekt samtidigt.
