Role Overview

A person in this role will manage the entire life cycle of Purchase Order, Vendor

Relationships, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

 Create and manage Purchase Orders.

 Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

 Manage vendor relationships while coordinating transporters, and internal teams for

smooth logistics.

 Co-ordinate with Accounts/Finance team for timely vendor payments.

 Generate and manage E-Way Bills and shipment documentation.

 Maintain procurement records, vendor documents, and reports.

Education and Experience Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, Arts or related field

 2–4 years of experience in Purchase Department of any large organization

 Strong follow-up skills, ownership and communication skills.

 Good knowledge of MS Excel, Zoho Books/ SAP (any other ERP software)

 Experience with E-Way Bills and logistics coordination.

 Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
