This role presents a unique opportunity for a meticulous, client-oriented professional to support Relationship Managers in nurturing and expanding relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients. It offers broad exposure across the full suite of private banking services, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Relationship Managers to deliver high-quality service to UHNW clients, ensuring smooth execution of banking transactions and investment-related activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client documentation, including portfolio reviews and regulatory filings such as KYC, AML, and suitability checks.
  • Serve as a central point of contact between clients, internal teams, and product specialists to coordinate investment offerings, credit solutions, and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards by overseeing client risk profiles, transaction processes, and documentation accuracy.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations, portfolio reviews, and business performance reports to contribute to team efficiency and growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a similar client support/operations role.
  • Solid understanding of investment products, credit solutions, and private banking operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to support clients in the Greater China region.
  • CACS Papers 1 & 2 are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative team spirit.
