WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers across multiple channels.

- Handle customer enquiries with confidence, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset under pressure.

- Maintain a professional and engaging phone manner to deliver great customer experiences.

- Manage competing priorities and stay highly organised in a fast-paced environment.

- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to elevate everyday service standards and team culture.

- Proven experience successfully interacting with both internal and external customers.

- Strong communication skills with a confident, polite, and professional telephone manner.

- Excellent time-management abilities to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

- Flexibility to work during school hours with full availability to work through school holidays.
