Als Senior Verkaufsberater:in Showroom machst du unsere Pergolen für Kund:innen auf dem deutschen Markt erlebbar und führst sie sicher vom ersten Gespräch bis zum Kaufabschluss, auch bei größeren und anspruchsvolleren Projekten. Du bist erste Ansprechperson im Showroom, gibst dein Wissen an Kolleg:innen weiter und gestaltest aktiv mit, wie wir verkaufen.

PERGOLUX entwirft und verkauft skandinavisch inspirierte Outdoor-Living-Produkte wie Pergolen und Gartenmöbel im Direktvertrieb an Endkund:innen. Mit rund 300 Mitarbeiter:innen, einem neunstelligen Umsatz und Aktivitäten in acht Märkten sind wir ein Unternehmen, das über die Jahre stetig und strukturiert in ganz Europa und darüber hinaus gewachsen ist.

Deine Aufgaben

- Kund:innen beraten und verkaufen: Wünsche verstehen, Pergolen und Zubehör vorführen und die passende Lösung empfehlen, auch bei größeren Projekten und Sonderwünschen.

- Abschlüsse erzielen: Angebote erstellen, Preisgespräche sicher führen und konsequent nachfassen, persönlich, telefonisch und per E-Mail.

- Kolleg:innen unterstützen: Neue Teammitglieder einarbeiten und im Verkaufsalltag coachen.

- Den Überblick behalten: Kundenkontakte, Termine und nächste Schritte im CRM pflegen und deine Pipeline eigenständig steuern.

- Den Showroom mitprägen: Für Vorführbereitschaft sorgen, Ausstellungsgestaltung und Verkaufsaktionen mitplanen [und die Showroom-Leitung vertreten].

- Erfahrungen teilen: Feedback aus Kundengesprächen an Produkt und Marketing weitergeben und Verkaufsprozesse weiterentwickeln.

Dein Profil

- Mehrjährige, erfolgreiche Vertriebserfahrung im handwerksnahen Bereich, etwa Fenster, Türen, Wintergärten, Terrassenüberdachungen, Bauelemente oder Metallbau.

- Abschlussstärke: Du hast nachweisbare Verkaufserfolge und führst auch Preis- und Angebotsgespräche souverän.

- Fundiertes technisches Verständnis: Du schätzt Maße, Materialien und bauliche Gegebenheiten sicher ein.

- Freude daran, Wissen weiterzugeben und andere besser zu machen.

- Eigenverantwortung und Kommunikationsstärke: Du arbeitest strukturiert, sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und bist sicher im Umgang mit CRM und digitalen Tools.
