Als Verkaufsberater:in Showroom machst du unsere Pergolen für Kund:innen auf dem deutschen Markt erlebbar und begleitest sie vom ersten Gespräch bis zum Kaufabschluss. Du verstehst die Wünsche der Kund:innen, führst Produkte und Zubehör im Showroom vor und empfiehlst die passende Lösung. Dabei verantwortest du deine Abschlüsse selbst, pflegst Kontakte und nächste Schritte im CRM und sorgst dafür, dass dein Showroom jederzeit vorführbereit ist.

PERGOLUX entwirft und verkauft skandinavisch inspirierte Outdoor-Living-Produkte wie Pergolen und Gartenmöbel im Direktvertrieb an Endkund:innen. Mit rund 300 Mitarbeiter:innen, einem neunstelligen Umsatz und Aktivitäten in acht Märkten sind wir ein Unternehmen, das über die Jahre stetig und strukturiert in ganz Europa und darüber hinaus gewachsen ist.

Deine Aufgaben

- Kund:innen beraten und verkaufen: Wünsche verstehen, Pergolen und Zubehör vorführen und die passende Lösung empfehlen.

- Abschlüsse erzielen: Angebote erstellen, Rückfragen klären und konsequent nachfassen, persönlich, telefonisch und per E-Mail.

- Den Überblick behalten: Kundenkontakte, Termine und nächste Schritte im CRM pflegen.

- Mit anpacken: Den Showroom vorführbereit halten und bei der Ausstellungsgestaltung sowie bei Verkaufsaktionen unterstützen.

- Produktwissen aufbauen und als kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in rund um Maße, Materialien und Ausstattung auftreten.

Dein Profil

- Lust auf Verkauf: Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, baust Vertrauen auf und willst Ergebnisse erzielen.

- Idealerweise Vertriebserfahrung im handwerksnahen Bereich, etwa Fenster, Türen, Wintergärten, Terrassenüberdachungen, Bauelemente oder Metallbau.

- Technisches Verständnis und Hands-on-Mentalität: Du kannst mit Maßen und Materialien etwas anfangen und siehst, was zu tun ist.

- Eigenverantwortung und Kommunikationsstärke: Du arbeitest zuverlässig, sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und kommst mit digitalen Tools zurecht.

- Quereinstieg aus dem Handwerk? Willkommen, Verkaufslust und Lernbereitschaft zählen.
