  • Calculate, validate, and communicate monthly Net Requirements by item and period, explaining material volume or timing changes, assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Recommend allocation, fair-share, inventory-rebalancing, and replenishment actions when supply is constrained.

Order, Forecast, and Supply Coordination

  • Own order creation, release, maintenance, and follow-through for the assigned portfolio and resolve differences between requested and confirmed supply.
  • Develop and maintain rolling shipment forecasts aligned with Net Requirements, confirmations, production plans, allocations, and transportation schedules.
  • Recommend approved forecast or shipment overrides and document rationale, volume and timing impact, approvals, and expected service and inventory consequences.

Inventory Optimization and Risk Management

  • Assess inventory coverage, service, safety stock, excess, aging, and projected OOS exposure and lead routine recovery plans through stabilization.
  • Develop scenarios and recommendations that balance service, inventory, working capital, transportation cost, and supply risk.
  • Escalate material constraints, financial exposure, or trade-offs outside established authority.

Cross-Functional Leadership and Coaching

  • Serve as the primary planning contact for assigned Brand Companies or production partners and lead portfolio reviews.
  • Provide planning inputs and recommendations in S&OE, pre-S&OP, and S&OP forums.
  • Coach planners on technical methods, review complex analyses, and lead selected process-improvement initiatives.

  • Order accuracy, confirmation performance, and exception closure.
  • Shipment-forecast accuracy and adherence.
  • Service level, fill rate, OOS performance, and risk-response time.
  • Inventory coverage, target adherence, excess, and aging.
  • Quality of scenarios, recommendations, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • 4-7 years of experience in supply planning, replenishment planning, inventory management, import planning, logistics, or a related function.
  • Demonstrated experience with Net Requirements, purchase or intercompany orders, shipment forecasting, inventory analysis, and supply-exception management.
  • Experience with ERP and planning platforms such as JDE, SAP, Anaplan, JDA, Logility, Oracle, or comparable systems.
  • Advanced Excel, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
